CPI Holding sells another Prague property

CPI Holding sells a half share in the historic house U Petržílků to the Spolumajitelé group.

The real estate group CPI, founded by Radovan Vitek, is selling its 50% stake in the listed house U Petržílků on Malostranské náměstí to the group Spolumajitelé. CPI owns real estate worth EUR 18.6 billion, of which EUR 5.2 billion is invested in the Czech Republic. The transaction continues the sale of surplus assets. Last year, CPI sold the Juliš hotel in the Czech Republic and in total sold of three billion euros worth of assets. This year it intends to continue selling assets for another 1 billion euros.

The buyer - Spolumajitelé group, is a relatively new company dealing with complex property situations and buy-outs for fractional properties. Their largest project is the consolidation of land in the area of the confluence of the Vltava and Berounka rivers.
