Real estate fund Max Realitní acquires two prime commercial properties in Prague with combined value above 350 million euros.
The Max Realitní real estate fund has completed two significant transactions within a few days, doubling the value of its portfolio. It acquired the shopping and office centre Atrium Flora from the Atrium Group, part of the Israeli G City Europe, and the shopping fallery and office centre Myslbek from ANATOL INVEST HOLDING, part of the French Caisse des Dépots group. The total leasable area is 64,000 square meters with an estimated value exceeding 350 million euros.
Max Realitní is a real estate fund focused on prime retail and office space, founded in May 2023 by entrepreneur Richard Morávek. So far, it has managed two properties in Olomouc, Galerie Šantovka and Envelopa Office Center, as well as Palác Pardubice, with a total value of 400 million euros and a leasable area of 92,000 square meters.
