Blackstone acquires logistics parks for 470 million euros

INVESTIKA together with its Luxembourg joint venture partner BUD Holdings has acquired five logistics sites in Poland from developer 7R in the second largest transaction in this sector in Central Europe.
INVESTIKA has expanded its presence on the Polish market with the purchase of five industrial spaces in Krakow, Gdansk and other polish cities for more than 150 million euros. By acquiring logistics parks with a total area of 212,500 sqm, which are further leased to manufacturing, logistics, retail and e-commerce companies, the real estate fund doubled its total area of commercial real estate in Poland to 409,000 sqm. This investment follows up on the December acquisition of the P180 Chancellery building in Warsaw for 100 million euros from Skanska.
