ČMN completes acquisition of real estate properties worth 200 million euros

Investment group Českomoravská Nemovitostní together with the NEMO fund acquired 5 office buildings and 11 retail parks from the NOVA Real Estate fund.

In one of the largest transactions on the Czech real estate market, Českomoravská Nemovitostní and the NEMO Fund purchased 5 office buildings with a total leasable area of over 37,000 sqm and 11 retail parks with a total leasable area of 72,000 sqm from the NOVA Real Estate Fund for 200 million euros. Of the five office buildings, the Panorama Business Center will become part of the ČMN portfolio, while the remaining four buildings - Smíchov Gate, Anděl 17, Idea Office Building and Victoria Vyšehrad - were acquired by the NEMO fund. All 11 retail parks, spread across the Czech Republic with a broad base of tenants such as Penny Market, OBI and Tesco have been added to the new branch of the ČMN portfolio.

Following this acquisition, Českomoravská Nemovitostní investment group manages 14 office buildings in the heart of Prague and 11 retail parks with a total area of 250,000 sqm and a total value of 700 million euros. It focuses on the acquisition and management of premium buildings with
