GEOSAN GROUP can acquire Hutní montáže from WITKOWITZ GW through a subsidiary.

According to the decision of the Office for Competition and Consumer Protection, Hutní montáže a.s. can be sold to GEOSAN POZEMENÍ STAVBY. WITKOITZ GW has decided to sell as part of its long-term strategy to focus primarily on production for the energy sector.

Hutní montáže was engaged in the supply and erection of steel structures and bridges, mainly in EU countries. With 650 employees in 2022, it achieved sales of CZK 2 billion and profits of CZK 44 million. The construction company GEOSAN GROUP has 7 branches and plants in the Czech Republic, but also works on the construction of Slovak highways. In 2023 it had 400 employees, a turnover of 6 billion and a profit of 127 million crowns. The companies decided not to comment on the transaction.
