Seyfor, a technology group focused on the development and implementation of software solutions for accounting and business information systems, has acquired 100% of NCC. NCC is the leader on the Slovak market in the field of software solutions for leasing companies.

NCC specializes in software development for companies providing financial leasing, operating leases and loans. Its software covers the entire lifecycle of a leasing contract, from customer care to contract management.

Seyfor is already active in the leasing software industry. Its OneCore solution is used for example by UniCredit Leasing in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, Slovenská sporiteľňa or Business Lease Group. The acquisition of NCC will bring the LeasIt application to Seyfor's portfolio, which is used in Slovakia by major clients such as Tatra Banka, ČSOB Leasing, VB Leasing, VÚB Leasing and Deutsche Leasing.

Seyfor is one of Europe's major suppliers of ICT solutions. The company has over 1,700 employees and serves customers in 38 countries. It recorded its fourth consecutive year of 30% year-on-year growth in 2023 and has long been one of the fastest growing IT companies in the region. The company's controlling owners are Slovak PE firm Sandberg Capital and Czech entrepreneur Martin Cígler.
