Livesport has strengthened its position in fast sports coverage with the acquisition of a 100% stake in the popular Spanish football results app BeSoccer.

Founded in 2008 in Málaga, BeSoccer has become the world leader in live football scores and statistics, boasting 25 million monthly users and over 100 million app downloads. It provides sports data from more than 10,000 competitions worldwide.

Founded in 2006 by Martin Hájek and programmer Jiří Mareš, Livesport offers not only a fast results service, but also a unique news platform that provides sports information in a few clicks in fourteen languages.

Livesport's portfolio also includes TV rights trader Pragosport, Danish B2B sports data company Enetpulse, a majority stake in transport platform Liftago and a quarter stake in two Y Soft Ventures investment funds.
