Seyfor has acquired a 70% stake in the Serbian company M&I Systems, the market leader in enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems in Southeast Europe.

Founded over 30 years ago as a family-owned business, M&I Systems now offers a diverse range of products, services and software solutions in a variety of industries. It is the largest ERP software provider in Serbia and also specializes in artificial intelligence, data processing and process automation. The company works with major companies such as SAP, Microsoft and IBM and operates throughout the Balkan Peninsula.

Recently, Seyfor made two acquisitions in the HR space, acquiring Datacruit and Recruitisu. In March, it entered the artificial intelligence sector with the acquisition of Digitask. Seyfor's latest investment in Serbia, aims to strengthen its position in the Balkan markets and boost the development of ERP systems and other software solutions. The remaining thirty percent of the company will be retained by the current owners and managing directors, who will remain on the board.

Seyfor is one of Europe's major suppliers of ICT solutions. The company has over 1,700 employees and serves customers in 38 countries. It recorded its fourth consecutive year of 30% year-on-year growth in 2023 and has long been one of the fastest growing IT companies in the region. The company's controlling owners are Slovak PE firm Sandberg Capital and Czech entrepreneur Martin Cígler.
