Thein Investment Group further strengthens its position in cybersecurity with the acquisition of M-COM s.r.o., an innovator in data security.

Founded in 1998, M-COM s.r.o. is a provider of comprehensive ICT solutions, offering advanced services that address not only individual customer needs such as backup and security, but also the integration, implementation and security of these functions, creating a complete ICT solution. Last year, M-COM reported revenues of just under CZK 56 million and an after-tax profit of CZK 4.5 million.

Thein Investment Group, founded by manager and investor Tomáš Budník, focuses on the development of technology companies in the ICT, cybersecurity and Industry 4.0 sectors. It is among the groups consolidating the domestic IT market alongside major players such as Aricoma, Seyfor (formerly Solitea) and Sudop CIT.
