JBR is a major Polish manufacturer and supplier of IT systems for the automotive industry. The acquisition of JBR represents the first strategic step following a successful financing round led by Kartesia, a pan-European PE fund, and CVI, a Polish asset manager, earlier this year. Together they provided €100 million to support the development of the Omnetic platform over the coming years. Following the acquisition, the Omnetic platform now serves seven thousand B2B customers, including major retail chains of brands such as Stellantis Group, BMW, Hyundai-KIA, Jaguar-Land Rover, Nissan-Mitsubishi, Honda and Mazda in Poland.

Omnetic's portfolio, which operates in twelve European markets, includes Cebia, a vehicle vetting, valuation and security platform, as well as European digital used car trading platform Fastback and software firms Teas and Autosoft.

EAG Group, founded in 2018 by Jakub Šulta, Pavel Svoren and Petr Kratochvíl, specialises in digital services in the automotive sector. Operating under various brands such as Omnetic, Carvago and CarsData, the group offers comprehensive solutions covering the entire vehicle lifecycle, from vehicle selection and financing to sales, through software and analytics products.
