SUDOP CIT, the third largest IT group in the Czech Republic, announced the acquisition of a majority stake in H.T.D., a Czech IT company specializing in data center infrastructure and secure operations across the entire lifecycle, including data protection.

H.T.D. has been a major player on the Czech market for almost 30 years and offers comprehensive IT services with a focus on cutting-edge infrastructure, management automation and related security processes. Major clients include Škoda Auto, Prague Airport, Česká spořitelna, Raiffeisenbank, various ministries and other state institutions. H.T.D. employs 25 experts and annually implements projects worth over CZK 200 million. It also cooperates with leading global companies such as HPE, IBM, CISCO, Hitachi Vantara, Red Hat and others.

This transaction is the first acquisition of SUDOP CIT this year and strengthens its position among the three largest IT groups in the Czech Republic, alongside Aricoma and Seyfor. In the last fiscal year, SUDOP CIT Group's sales exceeded CZK 3 billion. The Group continues to strengthen its presence in the Czech Republic with ambitions to become a major European player in the field of large international projects.
