Aricoma has acquired KCT Data, a major Czech SAP service provider, to expand its offering of SAP business applications in various industries.

KCT Data serves clients in the automotive, energy, financial services and public sectors. The company employs more than 80 professionals in Prague, Ostrava and Pardubice and specializes in the development and integration of SAP technologies, including migration to the cloud. KCT Data's revenues last year exceeded CZK 214 million. This transaction is Aricoma's fourth acquisition in the last year and a half.

Aricoma provides services in IT infrastructure, cloud, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, public sector digitalization and systems integration. Other companies under Aricoma include Sabris Consulting, Consulting 4U, KCT Data and SYSCOM Software. As part of the technology pillar of the KKCG investment group, Aricoma employs more than 1,600 professionals and generates revenues of EUR 400 million.
