The Prague Stock Exchange has been rising for seven days. The PX index improved by 0.37 percent to 1241.78 points. The most significant contribution was made by the shares of the electricity company ČEZ, which currently participate in the PX index by 15.75 percent, with a gain of 3.71 percent. The shares of the power company ČEZ and SHS PHOTON ENERGY recorded the most significant increase. The largest decrease in value affected the shares of the Austrian banking house Erste Group Bank and the beverage manufacturer Kofola. This follows from the results of trading on the stock exchange's website. Of the ten main titles of the Prague Stock Exchange, six ended trading in the positive today, while another issue stagnated. Among the strengthening issues were also three - ČEZ, Komerční banka, Moneta Money Bank, which participated in the absolute majority (86 percent) of the total volume of trades on the stock exchange. The most significant growth was achieved by the securities of the electricity company ČEZ, which improved by 3.71 percent to 838 crowns. SHS PHOTON ENERGY securities also rose by 1.76 percent to 69.20 crowns. In contrast, shares of the Austrian banking group Erste Group Bank suffered the biggest decline in value, falling by 2.32 percent to 681.80 crowns, the first time in five days. Other losing titles on the Prague Stock Exchange included the shares of the beverage manufacturer Kofola, which fell by 0.87 percent to 228 crowns. They have been surpassing their two-year minimum for two days, when their value dropped to 226 during the day. CEZ's securities recorded the largest volume of trades, namely 49 percent, today. The second most traded title (at 29 percent) was the shares of the financial house Komerční banka. Shares of the Austrian group Erste Group Bank reached the third largest trading volume - namely 13 percent.
