The Prague Stock Exchange has been rising for six days. The PX index improved by 0.33 percent to 1237.25 points. The most significant contribution was made by the shares of the Austrian group Erste Group Bank, which currently participate in the PX index by 23.85 percent, with a gain of 1.54 percent. The shares of the Austrian group Erste Group Bank and the company Pilulka Lékárny recorded the most significant increase. The largest decrease in value affected the shares of the beverage manufacturer Kofola and SHS PHOTON ENERGY. This is according to the data of the stock exchange website. Today, five of the ten main titles of the Prague Stock Exchange finished trading in the red. Among the strengthening issues were also three - ČEZ, KB, Erste Group Bank, which took part in the absolute majority (93 percent) of the total volume of trades on the stock exchange. The most significant increase was recorded by the shares of the Austrian banking group Erste Group Bank. At the end of trading, their price was 698 crowns, which was 1.54 percent more than at the beginning of the day, they have been rising for four days. Pilulka is also among the other issues that strengthened. Shares improved by 0.76 percent to 665 crowns, it was already the fourth day in a row. In contrast, the shares of the beverage manufacturer Kofola showed the biggest decrease, which fell by 2.54 percent to 230 crowns. At the same time, during the day, with a value of CZK 228, they exceeded their two-year low from October 2022. SHS PHOTON ENERGY shares were among the other losers on the Prague Stock Exchange, which fell by 2.02 percent to CZK 68. The largest volume of trades, namely 49 percent, was recorded today in the securities of the electricity company ČEZ. The second most traded title (at 25 percent) was the shares of the financial house Komerční banka. The shares of the Austrian banking house Erste Group Bank reached the third largest trading volume - namely 21 percent.
