The Prague Stock Exchange has been rising for nine days. The PX index rose by 1.09 percent to 1258.99 points. The most significant contribution was made by the shares of the electricity company ČEZ, which currently participate in the PX index by 15.69 percent, with a gain of 2.05 percent. Shares of SHS PHOTON ENERGY and power company ČEZ recorded the most significant increase. The largest decrease in value affected the shares of the banking company Moneta. This follows from the results of trading on the stock exchange website. Today, nine of the ten main titles of the Prague Stock Exchange finished trading in the red. Among the strengthening issues were also three - ČEZ, Erste Group Bank, Komerční banka, which participated in the absolute majority (89 percent) of the total volume of trades on the stock exchange. The most significant growth was achieved by SHS PHOTON ENERGY securities, which improved by 3.65 percent to 73.80 crowns. The securities of the electricity company ČEZ also rose by 2.05 percent to 846 crowns. On the other hand, the most significant decline affected the shares of Moneta bank. Their closing price of 73.10 crowns was 0.14 percent lower than when the stock exchange opened in the morning. The largest volume of trades, namely 60 percent, was recorded today in the securities of the energy company ČEZ. The second most traded title (at 16 percent) was the shares of the Austrian banking group Erste Group Bank. Shares of Komerční banka achieved the third largest trading volume - 14 percent.
