Global technological company HTEC has taken over the Czech IT group CertiCon.

HTEC, a Serbian international Silicon Valley-based company, has acquired a 100% stake in SynergyCon, which owns the CertiCon group and three other small companies. CertiCon is a group of IT companies that focus on automotive, smart cities, healthcare, telecommunications, industrial and enterprise internal systems. Currently their 380 employees are working on 70 projects and by 2023 CertiCon will have reached sales of CZK 800 million and EBITDA of CZK 80 million. HTEC has 2500 employees at U.S. and Europe and does not report financial results. The exact value of of the transaction was not disclosed, but is estimated to be in the higher hundreds of millions of czech crowns.
