Thales to buy Imperva for $3.6 billion

French aerospace and defence group Thales is buying cybersecurity firm Imperva from Thoma Bravo. The deal comes four years after Thoma Bravo bought Imperva for $2.1 billion. With this new acquisition, Thales will gain revenues of approximately USD 500 million and significantly expand its data security and application offerings.

Imperva is a leader in cybersecurity with revenues exceeding half a billion USD in 2022 and more than 1,400 employees.
