Czech investment company Investika has purchased the P180 office building in Warsaw, Poland, from the development division of the Swedish Skanska Group. The transaction value of this 15-storey office building exceeded CZK 2.5 billion.

The building is located right next to the metro station in the prestigious Mokotów office area in the centre of Warsaw. Opened in 2022, it offers 32,000 sqm of office space for lease, which is almost fully occupied. Investika has already invested in the Polish market in the past. In 2022, it purchased an office complex in Gdynia and acquired industrial halls in Gdańsk.

Investika and its funds are among the bigger players on the Czech real estate market. It currently manages assets worth over CZK 27 billion and its services are used by approximately 100,000 clients.
