This office project, located close to the old town, was originally acquired by Immofinanz from BCR, a subsidiary of Erste, in March 2021. The building, with a built-up area of 38,703 sqm, is one of the first modern office buildings in Bucharest, dating back to the 1990s. Originally known as Bancorex Block, it was later renamed Bucharest Financial Plaza.

CPIPG began divesting properties in 2022 and has made several significant sales this year. These include the Crans Montana mountain resort in Switzerland, sold for 100 million Swiss francs, and a 50% stake in the hotel business of Best Hotel Properties, a subsidiary of J&T Group. CPIPG plans to continue with the disposals as part of its debt reduction plans.

The buyer AFI Europe is also very active on the Czech market, especially in the residential and office real estate sectors. Its portfolio includes the Tulipa residence and several AFI-branded office buildings in Prague. In addition, AFI Europe is the largest investor in rental housing in Prague.
