GES GROUP strengthens its agricultural sector with the acquisition of ZS Dublovice.
The Czech investment group GES GROUP has acquired the agricultural enterprise ZS Dublovice, which cultivates approximately 2,800 hectares of land in the Sedlčany region. In addition to crop production and cattle farming, ZS Dublovice also operates a biogas plant. The company employs 45 people and in 2023 generated revenues of CZK 208 million with an EBITDA of CZK 18 million.
GES plans to leverage synergies with its nearby operation ZOD 11. KVĚTEN, located just 20 kilometers from Dublovice. A similar transaction took place in January 2024, when GES expanded its business in the Tábor area by integrating AGRO Střed, a 600-hectare farm, into the already established company Agrino. In total, GES GROUP manages approximately 12,000 hectares of agricultural land across eight cooperatives.
Beyond agriculture, GES GROUP is also active in real estate, media, and industry. Its portfolio includes, for example, the media house Prima and spray valve manufacturer KOH-I-NOOR Mladá Vožice. The value of the current transaction has not been disclosed.
