Assas Invest to acquire Česká lékárnická

Slovak company Assas Invest is buying Czech company Česká lékárnická, which owns pharmaceutical distributor Pharmos and pharmacy operator Sanovia.

Founded in 1995, Česká lékárnická owns several subsidiaries, the largest of which is the distributor Pharmos. Pharmos reported sales of CZK 13.3 billion and net profit of CZK 64.9 million. Česká lékárnická also owns Sanovia, which operates more than 40 pharmacies.

Founded in 2020 by Igor Koval, Assas Invest operates in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors in Slovakia.
