AGRALL has become the majority owner of U+M servis.

AGRALL acquires U+M Servis, a dealer and service provider of agricultural equipment in Třeboň. The service with 33 employees, annual turnover of 370 million and EBITDA of CZK 42 million will expand AGRALL's network of sales centres in the Czech Republic to 11.

AGRALL zemědělská technika is a family-owned company focused on retail and wholesale distribution, service and rental of agricultural equipment. As the exclusive representative of the agricultural equipment brands Claas and Väderstad, it has annual sales of CZK 2.1 billion and EBITDA of CZK 150 million. The transaction has been approved by the Office for the Protection of Competition and the parties have not disclosed its value.
