This is Patria's first acquisition into the mutual fund, which will be opened to retail clients of ČSOB during 2025. GARBE will remain property manager at Green Park after the sale. The value of the transaction was not disclosed.

GARBE Industrial Real Estate CEE has completed the sale of GARBE Green Park Piešt'any in Slovakia. This industrial park of almost 28,000 sqm. is fully leased and carbon neutral. Its carbon-neutral status is made possible by several elements: it operates without gas, uses photovoltaic panels and introduces on-site water recycling, drawing from its own well.
