The Gynatal Clinic was established in 2004 and provides both privately and publicly funded treatments. In addition to infertility care, the clinic also offers specialized nutritional and psychological support.

FutureLife employs more than 1,500 professionals who perform gynaecological and surgical procedures in addition to IVF treatments. According to Seznam Zpravy, FutureLife is the second largest infertility treatment network in Europe, after Spain's IVI, which is owned by PE fund KKR and performs around 80,000 IVF cycles a year. In the Czech Republic, FutureLife also operates two hospitals and the GNTlabs by GENNET laboratory. The company also announced in October the acquisition of the UK's Bristol Centre for Reproductive Medicine.

In addition to FutureLife, Hartenberg Holding's portfolio also includes Astratex (an online retailer of underwear), the Tábor-based textile company Unuodesign, the Flamengo florist chain and the e-commerce platforms Ovečkárna.cz and Sportobchod.cz.
