Prague-based BHM Group, through its medtech division Reinsberg Group, has acquired a majority stake in UK-based Brandon Medical, a developer and manufacturer of medical equipment.

Brandon Medical is a UK company with over 70 years of history, specialising in the development and manufacturing of advanced technology solutions for operating theatres, critical care and primary care. This acquisition strengthens BHM Group's presence in the healthcare sector and expands the company's portfolio.

The Reinsberg Group's main brands also include ALVO Medical, a Polish manufacturer of modular systems for hospitals, Famed Zywiec, which focuses on operating tables and hospital beds, and medifa, a German manufacturer of surgical tables, lights and modular solutions for theatres. The Reinsberg Group has a total annual turnover of EUR 90 million.
