Kofola has announced the acquisition of Slovak ASO Vending.

Kofola has acquired a 100% stake in ASO Vending, which operates beverage vending machines in Slovakia. ASO Vending operates a network of 8,000 vending machines in Slovakia, which are used by more than 150,000 customers daily. In 2024, the company achieved a turnover of over 18 million euros and EBITDA of 2 milion euros. Kofola last year had sales extending CZK 11 bn and profit of CZK 1.9 nb last year. From the acquisition it expects to strengthen its synergies in Slovakia. The parties did not disclose the value of the transaction, the completion of which is subject to the approval of the Slovak Competition Authority.
