GoOut strengthens its position in ticketing with the acquisition of Ticketstream.

GoOut, the Czech ticketing company, has announced the acquisition of rival platform Ticketstream. Ticketstream's eleven-strong team is engaged in the comprehensive marketing of tickets for music and sporting events in addition to selling them. In 2023, the company achieved a turnover of CZK 54m and a profit of CZK 8m.

GoOut operates in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. It sells 6 million tickets annually, which earned it a profit of CZK 2 million and sales of CZK 100 million in 2023. GoOut is 20% owned by Lukáš Jandač and 80% by the Estonian AS Piletilevi Group. The latter operates with the help of subsidiaries in 7 countries in Central Europe and the Baltics. It sells over 15 million tickets worth EUR 300 million annually. The exact amount of the transaction was not disclosed, but according to GoOut representatives it exceeded CZK 100 million.
