Suspension of trading in the issue of KARO LEATHER shares

As of the start of trading on 12/09/2022, trading of the issue KARO LEATHER, ISIN CZ0009008819 will be suspended. The reason for the suspension is the start of a public offer of new shares from this issue using the START-Public Offer system. The suspension will end at the close of trading on 9/26/2022.
