Seyfor has acquired the remaining stake in Dotykačka in a deal worth several hundred million CZK.

Seyfor, a Czech IT company, has acquired full ownership of Dotykačka Holding, a developer of point-of-sale and accounting systems. Seyfor, which entered Dotykačka in 2019, previously held a 58% stake. It has now purchased the remaining 42% from the investment group Redwood Capital.

Dotykačka specializes in POS and accounting systems for the service, hospitality, and accommodation sectors. In addition to the Czech Republic, it also operates in Slovakia and Poland. In 2023, it generated revenues of CZK 300 million and recorded EBITDA of CZK 110 million.

Seyfor brings together dozens of IT teams with broad expertise across Central and Southeastern Europe. In addition to financial and HR systems, it is also active in software development for construction, telecommunications, and the public sector. Seyfor intends to leverage its strong position in the Balkans in the field of accounting and payment systems. It plans to expand Dotykačka into Serbia and Slovenia, where it is finalizing the acquisition of additional technology companies. In 2023, Seyfor recorded revenues of CZK 4 billion and EBITDA of CZK 675 million in the Central and Southeastern European region.
