In the 18 years of its existence, PUXdesign has transformed from a design company to a complex e-commerce agency with a team of more than 50 employees. It has acquired clients all over Europe and specializes in optimizing web platforms for B2B and B2C clients, both in the Czech Republic and internationally. In addition, it focuses on creating technologically advanced and high-performance websites for global customers. Its strongest domain is custom web application development, especially client portals and ecommerce, which it delivers including user research, UX/UI and long-term development.

The BiQ Group consists of five subsidiaries, Bootiq, EEA, Novasoft, Bluesoft and PUXdesign. The company operates in twelve offices in the Czech Republic and Slovakia and also serves customers in Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, the UK, Australia, Vietnam and the United States. BiQ employs more than 460 developers and specialists who work on a variety of technology projects, including web development, applications, custom software, e-commerce development, logistics optimization and digital marketing. Their domestic clients include well-known companies such as T-Mobile, DPD, Škoda, Unipetrol, Sazka, Konica Minolta, Tatra Banka and more than 100 others.

BiQ Group has decided not to disclose the exact amount of revenue for last year as it is still finalising its financial statements. However, it is reported to be close to CZK 500 million. According to our recent prediction, similar transactions should increase this year. In the technology sector, non-core assets, specialist software businesses with growth potential and divisions with proven business models will be attractive candidates for sellers and buyers.
